Recreational Use Provisions: Standard + non applicable to any commercial enterprise; must be open to the general public. Recreational use liability limitation only applies to land open to the general public for non-commercial purposes, which may include reasonable time, place and manner of use restrictions. See 35-15-28 for notice requirements (owners must post notice signs or notice in newspapers that ht eland is open to the public for recreational use).
