Marilyn Catlett of Belmead Stables and Riding Club, and Sister Maureen Carroll of FrancisEmma, Inc. presented “Recreational Access to Private Lands — Creating a Sustainable Business Model with Equestrian Activities” at the Virginia Horse Council and ELCR Joint Conference and Educational Seminar on March 16, 2013 in Weyers Cave, Virginia.

Marilyn Catlett and Sister Maureen Carroll speak about their success in creating a business model between two organizations that share the same common goal of caring for the land and nature, and how these two organizations have worked together to produce a benefit for both organizations, as well as equestrians by granting them access to ride on their private lands.
